Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

Returns must be approved before shipment. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Personal care products

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Banks or card providers may require additional time to process the refund

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer (UAE accounts only), or

  • Store credit, if preferred

Customers must provide accurate bank details to process COD refunds.
